So I now have an irrational desire to watch a terrible soap opera: General Hospital. I have never been a soap opera fan. Ever! Never ever!

However, I found myself wanting to see Steve Burton's character. So I looked him up on YouTube.

Funny facts:
- There's a character named Jacks on the show. Zack's name in Japanese is Zakkusu which is pronounced Zacks.
- Steve's character is a player who sleeps with lots of women. Imagining Cloud in that situation is made of solid gold.
- Steve's character never smiles even after 8 years of being a main character. Edit: But he used to smile before he was in an accident that gave him permanent amnesia and altered his personality.

Haven't really watched that one since high school. It was pretty good for a while there.

It's also funny that he had amnesia because that's what happened to Cloud. There was an 'accident' though it was really on purpose and he had amnesia and after that he didn't smile anymore. That is until the movie and only at the very end. And it wasn't really a big smile either.

To be fair, he has smiled, usually in situations involving whichever woman he's in love with that year.

I'm still surprised when actors I recognize from 10 years ago are still active characters on the show.

I almost want to see the smiling episodes now. Just because LOL the canon he's from for me. It'd be like if Gilderoy suddenly became modest.
