Well firstly, I'm sitting in vent listening to my raid leaders be big complainers and whiny babies. They're in bad moods. Which is exactly what I want to hear. Except not really.

And I'm getting sick of the elitism in raw dogs. People who feed their dogs raw meat are so freaking proud of themselves. Everyone knows the BEST food in the world to feed their dogs. And everyone posts rants. Blah, blah, blah. Maybe I'm not responsible enough to own dogs because I don't feed them raw food. Maybe I don't own a farm so I don't think its a good idea to feed them raw food. Maybe I don't think dogs NEED raw food because they are domesticated. MAYBE I haven't spent every waking minute researching it.

I don't care one way or another about raw food. I don't do it for many reasons. None of them are because I don't care about my dogs. Thank you very much.

Well back to playing my alt because the raid has been postponed for an hour.

When I had sugar gliders people liked to act like if you didn't spend $100 a month ordering fresh acacia gum and organic grasshoppers, then you were an abusive pet owner. It's amazing what it takes for some people to feel like they are important.

And ROFL to this news headline that I'll be posting in a minute.

A polar bear in the Berlin Zoo was abandonned by its mother at birth. Zookeepers intervened. Now there are people saying the polar bear cub is better off dead and they should kill it. And they cite this one bear that was saved who later wandered into populated areas and was shot. Which is really silly because they are not even talking about releasing this bear into the wild.

Crazy is that there a lot of activists and politicians who are saying the bear should be killed.

I don't like vent much, partially because I'm a really shy person, but those people that do say OT things in raid vent are really annoying...

And the dog food thing? I've never had a dog but I have heard of this raw meat debate, and I wonder how healthy/safe that really is..? I know dogs aren't humans, but would you feed raw meat to your kids?

I'm an officer. And I don't like talking in vent much either. Thankfully, I am not the raid leader. Just druid class leader. Easy enough. We finally get underway about an hour after start time. And attempted Gruul. Got through 2/5 mobs and we'll try again on Sunday.

I know. It's just weird with the raw. Some people say cook. Some people say no way! I say that these are domesticated dogs and not wolves anymore. I wouldn't mind giving my dogs more choice every now and then as far as food, but I don't know that I would go as far as raw. I joined the community because I was interested in finding out more, but I've become less interested since joining.
