This guy totally doesn't get any points from me. He was trying to act all woe is me to get me to give him a customer's cell phone number. Too bad she's with another provider! And why was he wanting to call her? To tell her that her dog got run over by a car. She's out of town and he's watching her dog. He's drunk calling me to get her number so he can tell her "Oh, you know that stupid dog you had me watching? Yeah, it got out when I was checking the mail and got run over by a car."
