ARGH!

Wow! That last customer cussed at me and was just very upsetting. Sheesh! He wouldn't let me say two words together for 54 minutes! I had to talk over him in order to string together a sentence! All with my boss sitting just down the row. And I raised my voice and my boss came over, but I pressed forward until at the end, he asked for my supervisor because...I did not have a direct extension to give him even though I was going to follow up with him. I would have even offered my cell phone number as a contact if he'd let me talk, but NOOOooo!

And the customer has called back and is now talking to the guy behind me! Rock on!

Oh, I always hated dealing with the angry cussing customers. Would they have forced you to stay on the call, even with him talking to you like that?

They can't force me to stay on calls. They'd like to think that I would warn him twice. I warned him once because I put up with a lot of cussing. But I told him straight out that if he continued to cuss at me I was not going to assist him any further.
