basildestinyWent to Gatlinburg on Monday night. When we got there, the gaming commenced. It started with me kicking some butt on DDR! W00t! Well actually I think it started with Matthew losing at some pool. But he hadn't played in forever and I don't know how to play that well at all. I can barely manage to hit the cue ball. Also rocked at Starcraft! I shouldn't be all BOOM WE STOMPED ON THEM to people I've never met before and were gracious enough to let me stay in their cabin, but then again WE STOMPED ON THEM!
We had an awesome meal at the Hard Rock Cafe in Gatlinburg. I had the Ahi Tuna sandwich. Also had the quesadilla appetizer which had the best quacamole. Also had some amazing crepes at the Pancake Pantry. I am all for driving up there some weekend or something just for the pancakes. REAL peaches on my crepes.
Watched Star Wars last night. That movie was so incredible. Matt's love of ships is really rubbing off on me. I know that he'll delight in it so it makes me happy. Not to mention that I have always enjoyed that technical side of things. But that opening was just awesome!

I'm not really going to give any kind of review on this, but I did want to say that I'm really glad that Obi Wan got his moment. He's my favoite Jedi and not because of Ewan. Oh no, because of Alec...Sir Alec I should say. He may have been a doof and he may have needed Anakin, but there are things in him which are stronger than Anakin apparently. I really enjoyed seeing the twisting of Anakin. That wasn't just some lame George Lucas plot. That was pretty good! Lamest part was Padme's death. Stoopid!

The dog destroyed the house. He made me quite angry when he was out again last night after the movie. I think it might have been that I didn't know where to begin with the cleaning. I don't have my own vaccuum nor do I want to fight the dog in order to do so nor do I want to fight with Matt over who gets to clean. Argh!
