Hurricane Jeanne

basildestinyFucking A!!!! Livejournal is pissing me off. I have a few futuredated private entires which are just news articles I haven't read yet and every time I try to update, LJ just fucking eats my damned entry!!!! FUCK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It doesn't help that I'm extremely anxious about Hurricane Jeanne. It had landfall in Martin county. That's a county south of my dad. Maybe 10 miles? The eye is currently over Port St. Lucie and Palm Beach Gardens. The two towns that my dad, stepmother, grandmother, aunt, and nephew live. It's extremely frustrating to be watching the live local coverage and waiting to hear from relatives. They're out of power and having flood issues. Looking for winds of 75-100 mph. And I won't be hearing anything until tomorrow.
Fuck you, Global Warming!! Can we do something about finding an alternate fuel source already?

ETA: I should add that my family that lives on the panhandle in Milton, incurred major damage from Hurricane Ivan. They don't expect to have power for months! Their power plant was severely damaged.
