Well today was crap. I hated being at work. I'm kind of tired of talking to agents and customers all day. I really should just get over that part since it is my job. It's just kind of annoying when the queue light is always on and it's always something stupid that the agent should have known to do. If it is something like an angry customer or the agent cannot support the issue, than fine! But 7 out of 10 times, it's just that the agent is tired of doing their job so they are handing the call off to me. I can't say that I blame them. But if they are having problems with the job, call the tip line instead of just giving up.
