basildestinyHmmmm, once, long ago, in land far far away I said that I hated drum and bass. Maybe it was the genre back then. Maybe it was me.
But I have progressed. And I don't mean progressive trance! Trance used to be my genre. It was nice and laid back. Very trancey. Heck, I still like trance. But it seems the good stuff has moved on. I don't like most of current trance. It all sounds the same to me. I found it putting me to sleep. Not good. All techno should keep you awake.
So I've moved on. I thought I might have moved on to breaks. I mean that's what a lot of DDR music sounds like. But listening to breaks, I don't like it as much as.... wait for it. Wait for it.... Drum and Bass!!!!
That's right, folks. I like drum and bass. I listen to it all the time when playing my priest lately. It's really fast and good for pressure intense moments. It keeps me awake and bouncing and healing/shielding away. It's been really great for our insane pulls we've been doing.
So there goes all the fun I had two years ago making fun of drum and bass for being a crappy genre.
