A myriad of charges levied by the federal government?

I mean what exactly does that mean? Since when were taxes political? "I hate Bush so I hate anything related to the government." "The CIA were all hired by Bush." If we thought about these assumptions, we would toss them out. If it were Clinton... well we wouldn't be in a war. He would have used some excuse we'd be blaming Reagan and Bush. So boring. I thought Democrats wanted more government programs. How are these to be funded? I'm sure they'd be glad for anyone registered as a Republican to pay. Vengeful a bit? who is rich to pay. Let's stick to those celebrities. I mean they don't have it tough. They don't sell their souls in order to be number one.

Pardon me for my sudden crankiness. I get tired of hearing #1 Democrat pat himself on the back when he tells customers about that. I guess I'm just feeling snarky because I wouldn't actually say any of this to him. Not at this time. He's blinded himself to anything, but what he wants to hear. Self validation is the name of the game. Or maybe it's just the way he types by tapping loudly on the keyboard. I've tried to force myself to hit the keyboard that loudly and let me just say that it is tough! And maybe he's just upset because he's constantly "quitting" smoking.

But this wasn't really meant to be such a negative post.

I think I'll hold off on the entry I wanted to make earlier today. It's awkward to put into this entry now.

That's no reason to be upset. It's reason to feel a little weak and powerless, but not to get upset. ;)

With Democrats and Republicans it's always, "Us against Them" mentality, and that isn't right.

Random political thing: a man named Kinky Friedman is running for govenor of Texas as an independent. "He's so crazy. He says he wants prayer in school cuz kids need something to believe in. And he's FOR gay marriage because he thinks, "They have every right to be just as miserable as the rest of us." Also he wants the 10 Commandments posted outside government buildings. Says they're important for peace, and if people don't like it, they'll just call them the "10 Pretty Decent Suggestions"

I want this man to run my state.
I think my mom is going to buy his action figure for $29.99.

You busted me! I need to stop feeling us against them. But I was just really cranky yesterday. As you can tell by my mood icon. And I feel like if I say that I'm a Republican for the most part, he'll just berate me with blah, blah, blah. I need to stop feeling so helpless about it all.

But Kinky? Haha! That's funny. I can see where he's coming from. I wouldn't agree with him on everything. But it definitely funny stuff. And who knows. Maybe I'd agree with him the most though. But 29.99 is a very expensive action figure. I hope it does laundry.
