basildestiny: (Be Afraid)

What a typical "sexy" title for a show. I suppose since there was some sex in it, that makes sense. And really it was a threeway in the whole whenever you sleep with someone you sleep with everyone else that person had slept with. That aside, I liked the episode for making Wolf not look like the total doof he's been all season. Though I would like to know a) whose rolling papers those were in Delko's kit and b) who didn't restock the back up kit?

I wouldn't have minded knowing what Horatio was doing that whole time though. I guess he was speaking a parole hearing. I don't like one track episodes though. I find them not boring, but less than stimulating. This episode totally psyched me out though!

I was watching Law and Order: Criminal Intent this weekend on Bravo and the episode went to commercial and came back to the exact spot it had come back to LAST commercial. In other words, the sequence repeated! Luckily the episode repeated later that night so I just set the replay tv and caught the ending. The point of all of this being that this episode really fooled me. Matt had to tell me it was being artsy and not the curse of LOCI!

Everyone has these. Some people don't like old folks. Some peole don't like babies. Some people don't like kids who run around all over the place. And some people don't like old folks who act like babies and run around peeing all over the place!

My personal pet peeves include customers who repeat themselves over and over as though I haven't heard the problem. I also don't enjoy the kids who call and like to hit on the Customer Service representative. I can be a smart alleck with the best of them. But a) I'm not allowed to do that at work and b) these kids stay quiet for about 20 seconds then suddenly start hitting on you in rude and crude ways. I have called the number back or called the home contact number back a few times and told on the child! But I get no satisfaction from that.

Another pet peeve I have is one of the associates here. He has an excuse for everything. Nothing is his fault. And he whines all day about something or other. Like how could the customer NOT understand this thing? Ugh. It's just like a certain red head that I used to next to at ClientLogic. Whine, whine, whine. Why can't the customer understand this? Instead of being condescending, just cope with the fact that everyone is not as clever as you are, kitten!

Oh! Lastly, I just got one of these calls. I don't like unauthorized people who call in and act all indignant as though they own the world when I cannot give account specific information. The best part about it is that I can't focus on the negative with the customer. No! Instead I get to say "I'm sorry, but you are unlisted on this acct. I would be glad to contact the accountholder to authorize you on the account *big grin." Bleah. I'd just like to say "Hey, no, you can't have the last outgoing call on this account because you aren't listed! Get the accountholder to list on you on the account and I'll let you change the calling plan!" Grrrr lying idiots!

Well I'd scribble some more, but things are getting busy and that always gets me cranky. I don't like being slammed all day. I like being able to relax. Double grrr.

We value people who show a willingness to learn!
