A few things that I've been thinking about, but haven't had a chance to jot down.

Firstly I need to stop comparing myself other people. I need to compare myself to how I used to be and how I have changed. It's unfair for everyone involved if I compare myself to other Christians. Now being inspired is different from simple comparision. Which is another added benefit to missionary work. And interacting with other people other than fellow Christians is a good reminder of where I've been and how things are better.

Secondly, as though I haven't really completed my first thought but most get this one down before I forget!, secondly I need to go over this feeling I have about my job. I realized on my way to work today that my boss is God. He's definitely the best boss I could possibly ever have. I had a vision of me completely letting go and giving him control. Just letting go over everything and having faith that he will catch me as he always has. I need to do that more.

Thirdly, another one regarding my job, I'm having to develop myself a lot more in order to show how outstanding I really can. I've been working closely with my coach in developing myself to go above and beyond "meeting expectations" (which isn't easy at all). We were in the meeting today and I realized all of the work and development I'm going to have to do in order to really truly perform to exceeding expectations. But I need to look at it as God is trying to develop my skills and not that I'm developping myself for my job.

Just some observations that I've made lately and I needed to document for myself as a reminder.

Gotta love those customers who hang up by saying "Talk to you later!" You know you've made a connection when that happens!
