I'm getting down too low

basildestinyI suppose I forgot to mention that my mom's brother lives in Guam. We live in East Tennessee. That's a bit of a drive...underwater. It was looking like my mom wasn't going to get to go to the funeral, but her work opened a fund today and hopefully that will raise most or all of the money to send her. Otherwise they said they could open a loan for the rest of the money.
In other news, I got turned down for yet another credit card. I was trying to transfer my balance from my current credit card to the new one with a lower balance. Oh no. I didn't put down a checking account. Which is odd since I called in and the guy did not ask me for a checking account. That's so great! It doesn't matter. There wasn't any money in the account anyway so I would have been rejected all the same. Then I got pre-approved for a truck at some truck dealership. I was hoping there might be a car so I drove by, but it was all trucks or giant sized cars.
