My journal sucks! I want it to be more fun like Shane's. It's more like this diary you'd keep under lock and key than the fun journal I wanted it to be. It's like this thing I put all my memories into. Like George Carlin was saying "Can't we just remember this stuff?" I think it's because I don't have anything to say? So instead I get on this thing and I write about whatever is going on in my life instead of philosophizing. I like doing the latter. It is far more interesting.

I think there needs to be a game of paintball. I should have more online friends who live near by. I need to talk to Cyle and make sure he's cool. I need to spend some time with Joe before he moves to Texas. I rarely see the guy as it is and he is a really good friend. I want him to know what kind of a friend he is to me. I don't want to lose touch with him.

Loren or Lorne or whatever the man's name is...he is a very talented debater. I hope it's not just that I'm glad to talk to someone who has something to say, but I think it may be that he doesn't generalize and for all that ADD that clouds his mind, he can really put his finger on the subject and twist it around. Knows his stuff. I also have to respect a guy who can take my insults and still come back for more. People who have gained my respect for doing this include Wiley, Dittus, and Loren. All three may be turds at times, but they can take people being critical of them and not turn into jerks.

Oh and maybe I should mention my Valentine's Day? Mine was great. I spent the weekend with Sydney. He treated me very well and we had a lovely time. We watched Attack of the Clones and I actually liked it this time. When I wasn't being all emotional about the Trilogy and taking a step back, the things that gave me problems weren't so bad. Anakin wasn't evil by the end of the movie. Lucas will still change things and screw them up. But I do think that the movies are getting more innovative as they go along. Of course nothing can be as good as the original Trilogy. And you know why? Because though the fans haven't realized it yet, we're sick of Star Wars. It has been done to death. We want to know what happens with that characters, but nothing new can come out of it. If it is new, it changes the trilogy. If there isn't any change, what is the point of the prequel trilogy? It's a doomed idea. It would have been better if Lucas had written the whole thing out instead of just having a vague idea of what happened. But now he's going back to begin what he finished without really knowing what he was going to say. So now he's created story lines which are really cool, but don't fit with what he's done. He did it himself and it is exactly like that South Park episode. Matt Stone and Trey Parker rule! Dennis Leary also rules even if people I cannot stand have huge crushes on him. OK!

I nearly forgot the Valentine's card he got for me. It's got this cat on the front sitting in front of his big screen tv and dvds and stereo system and it says "The thing I like most about my life..." and inside it reads "is that you're in it." And he drew a winking face like this ;) So cute!

PS A big middle finger response to DJ and LJ moods.

PPS Apparently I liked Mest and didn't realize it. I have their song "Jaded" as a highly rated song in my lauch.com playlist.
