Internets

Internets was down for two days and still nothing cool happens here.

I did get massive spam from a community I was watching. Subsequently decided to stop watching that community since I wasn't really interested in all of the posts.

I loaded some Morrissey to my Ipod. I was in the mood for some hopelessly emo music. I need to put the Garden State soundtrack on there. This is good stuff. It will definitely be in the music I send my sister.

Resume is mostly done. Then I'll be applying to places. With the internets back this should be much easier. And tomorrow I'm going shoppin' for work clothes. Cuz I don't fit mine anymore. I should be back into them really soon though. It's been about 2 years.

Two Paths in the Woods

Talked to a good friend today. Told her a long tale. One I need to write down myself. What follows isn't that tale, but rather my interpretation of our conversation today.

It involved two paths in the woods. It started out as one path. I walked that path with you and we had fun. We got company on our journey. The paths diverged a little. You took one path, I took the other. You took your company, but I was still content because I could see you from my path. And often, our paths would criss cross. Soon I had my own company. So we walked together. But one day, our paths split. We could see it coming a mile away. We tried to stop it. In our attempts, we only expedited our arrival to the split. So we parted our ways. We seemed happy to be done with the trouble, but we missed the companionship. A long time has passed. Through the clearing, I can see you! Before me are two paths. Which do I take? I think I know which one.

In other news, I was freezing! It turns out, it was 55 degrees in the house. I turned the heater back on!

I could stay and chat all day, but I won't!
