This topic has been on my mind allll day. Tom Green versus the JackAsses (Johnny Knoxville, Bam Margera, etc, etc). I always liked Tom Green more than the jackasses. I felt like Tom was goofy, but that he was trying hard to do the right thing. Much like in his movie, Freddy Got Fingered. He's a great big baffoon, but darn it he's trying hard to be a man. His brain just can't process what being a man means. I always felt like the Jackasses were the punk equivalent of frat boys who acted like tards because that was more fun than being a real man. Why bother to get a real job when you can get paid to staple letters into your rear end?

I saw the cutest picture today! A baby Wookie! They are really cute. What a great Halloween costume!

NaNoWriMo is National Novel Writing Month for those who didn't know what the heck my last poll was about. I really, really want to write a novel, but I can't do it! Maybe I'll start to write just for fun?

I don't expect whatever I create during NaNoWriMo to be my novel. It's just sort of the shove I needed to get myself doing it again.

I completely understand. I'd love to have that kind of challenge. To get something novel sized churned out. Maybe just completing something like that would give me the motivation to write something meaningful. *sigh* Can't wait to see what you churn out.

I was debating with Kevin last night, on whether it was more important to complete something, or to create something that I like.

We never came up with the actual answer.

I think with NaNoWriMo it's all about completion. But if you don't like something, how will you write it to completion? Or at least to 50,000 words.

I'm stubborn, but I don't know how stubborn when it comes to writing. sigh. I should just write and see what comes out.
