WEeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeellllllll... sigh
A couple of things really.
A) Finally heard back from the job I interviewed for back in May. I have a follow up interview this Friday with some of the managers. I've been calling this HR lady for weeks, but it took sending an email to get her to call both my numbers AND send me an email. I think the fact that I sounded ready to move on made her jump on calling me back. I also got another job offer that I'm considering. I don't want to speak about it before I make up my mind though.
B) I couldn't stand only have 6 icons. And I needed a DuCaine one. As much as I blog about DuCaine, how could I NOT have an icon? So I rectified that. Turns out I already had one, but at the time, I wasn't a DuCaine shipper. I also got rid of my old default icon. Connor just looked retarded and Kira was giving the camera the evil eye. So I'll take ads for 15 icons. Seems like a decent trade off.
C) I went to customize my journal and LOST the theme that I had. QQ I had Cycling Blue which isn't a free theme. If I had just left it, I would still have that theme. Oh well. Even though I'm not a DJ, I went with the DJ Vox theme. I just don't like a white background on my ElJay. I need color! They have a Miami Cityscape one. It made me laugh. I thought it would be appropriate with as much time I spend in Miami in my head. But sadly, it isn't free either. However, I do have a Vox so I put it up as my theme there.
D) I am considering blogging over at Vox. My hangup is that while I would still link my entries here, I would still have to log into LJ to look at my communities. I simply will not give up my communities. So then why bother blogging over there?
E) Was there an E? Meh. Oh yeah, I'm going to get a portable DVD player. My awesome husband had a whole ton of reward points saved up at work. And he's letting me spend them. So I'll be watching DVDs and playing WoW again soon!
It is a pretty, pretty blog now. Plus it makes my siggie color luffly!
