Just stupid things:
A customer calls in and doesn't give me any information at all and says "Why is the $5 credit I was supposed to receive not on my account?" Well let me use mind reading powers to figure out what you're talking about.
A customer calls in and says "Do you want my number?" No thanks, I already have one.
